2. Payment Gateway Charges

2.1 All payments made through Razorpay or Paytm gateways will include gateway charges. These charges are added to the customer’s total order amount and will be displayed during the checkout process.
2.2 Gateway charges typically range from 2%–3%, depending on the payment method.

3.1 Your payment details are processed securely through Razorpay and Paytm, ensuring end-to-end encryption.
3.2 We do not store any sensitive payment information such as card details or UPI PINs on our servers.

4. Order Confirmation

4.1 Orders will be confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.
4.2 A confirmation email or SMS with order details will be sent immediately after payment completion.

5. Failed Payments

5.1 In the event of a failed payment, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
