How It's Made
Hang tags are printed on 350 GSM coated board using CMYK offset press for large quantities or digital for short runs. After printing, boards are laminated, then die-cut or guillotine-cut to shape. Holes are punched using a precision hole punch. String (white, natural jute, or coloured) can be supplied with the order on request.
FAQ
Can tags be printed on both sides? Yes. Double-sided printing is available. The front typically carries the brand logo and product name; the reverse carries care instructions, size, or pricing.
What string or fastener options are available? Natural jute string, white cotton string, and plastic tag guns (for garment attachment) are available as add-ons. Specify when placing your order.
Can I get custom shapes? Yes. Arch-top, rounded corner, oval, and fully custom die-cut shapes are available. Custom die-cut shapes have a one-time tooling cost for small quantities.
